A : Your dealer is the first person you should talk to if you ever have a problem with your bike. Since you'll be bringing your bike with you, they can actually look at the problem for the most accurate analysis. Often they can fix the problem on the spot. And if not, they can contact our customer service representatives for our assistance. Occasionally it is necessary for your dealer to send a bike back to our factory for evaluation. If this becomes necessary, we promise to do our best to do so swiftly so that you can be back on the road again as soon as possible.
